Since 2007, Dave Van Horn has served as Executive Chairman & Founder of PPR Capital Management, a holding company that manages several funds of residential mortgages and commercial real estate nationwide. Dave’s expertise is derived from over 35 years of residential and commercial real estate experience as a licensed Realtor, Real Estate Investor, and Fundraiser. As the latter, Dave has raised over $300 million dollars in private equity for both notes and commercial real estate.
In addition to his investments and role as CEO, Dave’s biggest passion is teaching others how to build and preserve wealth. Dave is a national speaker, published author, and weekly investment blogger on BiggerPockets.com.

Dave Van Horn serves as a Board Member of PPR Capital Management, where he contributes to the company’s strategic planning, business development, and fundraising efforts. With more than 35 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Dave has built a distinguished career as a licensed Pennsylvania realtor, investor, title company partner, and commercial fundraiser.
A graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Dave combines his professional expertise with his passion for educating others on how to build and preserve wealth.
He is also the Co-Founder and Board Member of the Strategic Investor Alliance, a purposeful planning and networking group for accredited investors in the Philadelphia area. In addition, Dave is a national speaker, published author, and investment blogger on BiggerPockets.com, where he shares his insights on real estate investing and wealth-building strategies.
