Steve Seymour

Entrepreneur

Steve Seymour is a seasoned real estate entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience. Licensed as a Realtor in 2006, he quickly transitioned into investing, building a multi-million dollar portfolio of 50+ residential, mixed-use, and commercial units. In 2014, he founded VRA Realty—a full-service brokerage of 100+ agents—with a mission to empower agents through real estate investment education. Steve later launched VRA Capital to offer institutional-quality investment opportunities to accredited investors. He also serves as Broker of Record at VRA Realty and CEO of Vanguard Settlement Services, a title insurance company. His vertically integrated approach to real estate ensures high-quality execution across every transaction. Passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom, Steve is dedicated to equipping agents and investors with the tools to build lasting wealth.
