In 2014, he founded VRA Realty—a full-service brokerage of 100+ agents—with a mission to empower agents through real estate investment education. Steve later launched VRA Capital to offer institutional-quality investment opportunities to accredited investors. He also serves as Broker of Record at VRA Realty and CEO of Vanguard Settlement Services, a title insurance company.
