Vince Minieri began his real estate career in 2015, flipping houses before earning his license and affiliating with VRA Realty in 2018. Since then, his experience has spanned nearly every corner of the business: representing buyers and sellers, flipping houses, acquiring rental properties, borrowing and lending hard money, and renovating small apartment complexes.
Today, Vince’s primary focus is on acquiring and managing medium- to large-scale apartment buildings in partnership with Steve Seymour, expanding their portfolio through syndication and value-add opportunities. Known for his ability to source off-market deals and craft creative strategies to get transactions closed, Vince brings a solutions-oriented approach to every project.
Before real estate, Vince spent 14 years as a product designer and professor, specializing in the psychology of consumer behavior and what drives purchasing decisions at scale. He now applies that same knowledge of human behavior and market appeal to real estate—whether identifying undervalued assets, creating investor value, or designing strategies to grow long-term wealth.
