Tyrone & Hannah Taylor

Tyrone and Hannah Taylor are a real estate power couple based in West Chester, PA, whose vision, perseverance, and grit have transformed a leap of faith into a thriving real estate enterprise. Together, they own and manage a growing portfolio of residential and commercial rental units, along with multiple businesses that reflect their passion for investing and education.

Their ventures include Anchor Property Investment Solutions, a full-service investment and property management firm, and REI Takeoff, their real estate education and coaching academy designed to help new and experienced investors succeed. Hannah is also a licensed Pennsylvania Realtor with VRA Realty, where she serves as the brokerage’s Onboarding Coordinator, supporting agents as they launch their real estate careers. Through wholesaling, flipping, and managing properties at scale, the Taylors have gained deep, hands-on knowledge of real estate from multiple angles.

Hannah, originally from Salt Lake City, UT, spent ten years as a high school English teacher before retiring from education in 2018 to pursue real estate full time. Tyrone, born and raised in Philadelphia, is a lifelong entrepreneur who has co-founded several businesses, including a sustainable infrastructure development firm that built waste-to-energy facilities and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on STEM workforce development. Both from humble beginnings, they share a commitment to building a lasting legacy through real estate and empowering others to do the same.

Outside of business, Tyrone and Hannah love traveling, exploring new places, and enjoying the outdoors with their young son, Tre.
