Trevor T. Calton

Trevor T. Calton is a seasoned commercial real estate and mortgage banking professional with more than 25 years of experience across real estate sales, commercial lending, capital markets, acquisitions, and asset management. Since launching his career in 1997 with Oregon’s largest REIT and mortgage bank, Trevor has analyzed, sold, or acquired more than $5 billion in commercial real estate assets, overseen the management of over 6,000 multifamily units, and underwritten thousands of commercial loans and mortgage-backed securities.
In addition to his executive work, Trevor served as a Professor of Real Estate Finance in Portland State University’s Master of Real Estate (MSRE) program from 2011 to 2019, where he taught graduate students advanced strategies in finance, investment, and asset management.
Trevor’s leadership and service have been recognized nationally and locally, including the President’s Volunteer Service Award and the Business Journal’s “Forty Under 40” Award. He holds both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from the University of Oregon.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Trevor is passionate about giving back to the community. He regularly volunteers to teach career-development workshops for professionals, students, and at-risk youth, combining his industry expertise with a commitment to mentorship and service.
