Thomas Dean “Tom” Noden (1957–2024) built a remarkable life shaped by engineering expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for real estate. Born in Chester, PA, Tom graduated from DelVal VoTech and Williamson Trade School before earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Widener University. His engineering career took him across the U.S. and abroad, including assignments in Saudi Arabia and Yemen, before he settled into roles at Honeywell Controls and Sunoco’s Marcus Hook Refinery.
Alongside his engineering work, Tom nurtured an interest in real estate investing, beginning in 1989 with the renovation of his first home in Chichester. Over time, he became deeply involved in local real estate investment groups and discovered a unique calling: working with distressed properties and distressed owners. Since 2005, Tom became known for his skill in bank negotiations, foreclosure prevention, and estate-related property challenges—earning the trust of Realtors, attorneys, and title companies who regularly referred clients to him.
What set Tom apart was his dedication to people in difficult situations. He believed real estate was not just about transactions, but about helping families move forward with dignity. That philosophy has carried forward into his family legacy. Today, his son TJ Noden has joined the business, continuing the mission Tom began: helping homeowners and executors overcome real estate challenges with integrity and compassion.
Beyond work, Tom was a man of deep faith and family. He and his wife, Judy, were married in 1998 and raised their son, TJ, and daughter, Ashley, in West Chester. He was active in scouting, proudly supporting TJ through his Eagle Scout achievement, and he poured his craftsmanship into restoring an 1835 converted horse stable into a family home.
Tom’s life reflected perseverance, service, and legacy. His story continues through his family and through the countless clients and communities he touched in both engineering and real estate.
