Exclusively listing more than $69M in net lease real estate and closing over $15M in transactions (170,000 SF) while at Sands Investment Group, the result of more than 24,000 cold calls in less than 36 months.
Playing a pivotal role in Brookfield’s multi-year redevelopment of Brookfield Place in downtown New York City, helping to vision and lease 375,000 SF of high-profile retail space.
Launching and completing three multifamily syndication funds, raising over $3M in investor capital.
Serving as General Partner in the acquisition of more than 100 units across 63 assets, generating nearly 8% returns for limited partners in the startup phase.
In addition to his commercial work, Stephen has been a builder and remodeler of residential properties, including multifamily, student housing, and single-family homes. He thrives on the challenges of new construction and redevelopment, managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams while bringing thoughtful design to each project.
Beyond real estate, Stephen is a volunteer firefighter, serving as a Lieutenant and earning the Firefighter of the Year Award (2022) and the High Points Award (2023). He holds multiple certifications, including Interior Firefighter I & II, Safety Officer, Instructor I, Hazardous Materials, Vehicle Rescue, and First Aid.
