Shirley Xu began her real estate investing journey in 2003, following a decade-long career in corporate America. With extensive experience in property management, renovation, and sales, she built a strong foundation as an active residential investor before realizing the power of passive real estate investing as a more scalable and sustainable path to wealth.
She is the founder of Golden Bridge Investment, a platform dedicated to educating professionals about passive real estate strategies and creating opportunities for everyday investors to participate in asset-backed investments.
As both a passive investor and co-sponsor, Shirley has been involved in multiple multifamily projects totaling 830 units as well as 12 self-storage facilities. She also holds an MBA in Finance, equipping her with both the practical and analytical expertise to evaluate and structure successful investment opportunities.
Shirley’s mission is simple yet powerful: to help more people achieve financial freedom through passive real estate investing, freeing them from the stress of active landlord responsibilities and allowing them to design the life they truly want.
