Sheila Dragon is the President and CEO of Dragon Design, LLC, a full-service firm specializing in interior design, home staging, and move management. Guided by strong encouragement from family, mentors, and former employers, she founded Dragon Design to help homeowners create spaces they love, prepare properties to sell quickly and for top dollar, and transition seamlessly to their next home.

A former design professional with Ethan Allen, Inc., Sheila benefited from hands-on mentoring and advanced training that sharpened her aesthetic, project management, and client service skills. She couples this with a long career in sales, plus an MBA, giving her the business acumen and discipline to deliver design outcomes on time and within budget.

Dragon Design has evolved into a collaborative team of vetted contractors and design assistants—many with personal downsizing and relocation experience—who treat each project and its belongings with care and respect. The firm’s work spans:
