Shawn Connors is the founder of Clear Voice Media, a company dedicated to helping small business owners build purpose-driven communities through video and authentic storytelling. After nearly a decade in real estate, where he helped grow a brokerage from 16 to 110 agents and scale sales from $36M to $157M in just two years, Shawn shifted his focus to video, media, and community building.
Throughout his career, Shawn has created and led two online communities with more than 28,000 members, achieved over $1M in personal real estate sales, and learned firsthand the power of connecting people through shared purpose. Today, he documents his entrepreneurial journey in public, experimenting with how video, AI tools, and intentional content can transform businesses beyond vanity metrics.
