Sean Deminski

Sean Deminski is an entrepreneur, community leader, and content strategist rooted in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He is the founder of Igniter Creative, a digital marketing and media agency that helps small businesses, consultants, and local leaders build authority and generate leads through video, podcasts, newsletters, and social media. Sean’s unique approach blends creativity with strategy, drawing on his experience in real estate, marketing, and community engagement to craft content that connects.

For more than 17 years, Sean has worked in the real estate industry in various roles—including property manager, licensed agent, and investor—giving him firsthand knowledge of how to create value, manage assets, and build lasting relationships.

Beyond business, Sean is deeply involved in the local community. He serves as President of the Downing Ridge Homeowners Association and formerly led the Garage Youth & Community Center, where he championed youth empowerment and neighborhood initiatives. He is also the driving force behind Downingtown Local Pulse, a fast-growing local newsletter, and Chester County TV, a podcast network spotlighting entrepreneurs and changemakers.
