Scott Zukin

Scott Zukin is the President of Zukin Realty, the premier real estate group in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he has carried his family’s legacy into its second generation. Under his leadership, the company has grown to own and manage more than 70 properties across West Chester, Chester County, Philadelphia, and Upstate New York, building on the foundation laid by his father, Stan Zukin, who first established the firm in 1978.

Raised in a family deeply rooted in entrepreneurship, Scott learned the fundamentals of business and teamwork early, working alongside multiple generations at Thatcher’s Pharmacy, his family’s business in West Chester. These formative years instilled in him the values of salesmanship, care for community, and collaboration that continue to shape his leadership today.

After graduating from the University of the Arts, Scott spent nearly two decades in Philadelphia, where he founded Zukin Woodworking (1986–1999), a cabinetmaking business specializing in antique restoration, millwork, and commercial outfitting. His background in construction naturally complemented his first real estate investments, beginning with properties in Philadelphia in 1987.

By the time Scott joined forces with his father Stan and brother Wayne—an attorney with development experience—Zukin Realty had grown to 20+ properties. Today, Scott oversees the company’s holdings in West Chester and Chester County, while Wayne focuses on Philadelphia and Upstate New York. Together, the family has built a thriving portfolio while staying true to their mission.

Zukin Realty’s motto, “Building Community,” is reflected in everything Scott does. From redeveloping underutilized properties and supporting new entrepreneurs to creating housing opportunities and volunteering locally, Scott continues to strengthen the communities his family has been invested in for generations.
