Rob Coldwell

Rob grew up in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, where his entrepreneurial drive began early with a landscaping business he launched in high school. He later pursued a finance degree with a concentration in real estate at Penn State University, shaping the foundation for a career rooted in both business and community. Influenced by the teachings of Louise Hay and Wayne Dyer, Rob committed himself to building a life centered on family, service, and growth.

After college, Rob served as a CEO-in-Training at Swiss Farms, where he spent eight years honing his leadership skills while pursuing an ambitious goal to own 100 drive-through grocery stores. During that time, he and his wife entered the real estate market, founding a local leasing company and purchasing their first rental property in West Chester, PA, in 2005.

By 2015, their small company had evolved into a full-service property management operation, handling leasing, rent collection, and maintenance coordination. Rob rebranded the business as Rentwell, and alongside his partner TJ, expanded it across the Northeast. Today, Rentwell manages over $200 million in real estate assets while providing a full suite of services, including property management, construction, renovations, HVAC, landscaping, and maintenance.

Rob continues to live in West Chester with his wife and four children, balancing family life with his active role in Rentwell’s growth and new service divisions. His journey reflects a passion for entrepreneurship, a dedication to building lasting businesses, and a commitment to improving the lives of property owners, tenants, and the communities they serve.
