Rick Walsh

Rick is the President of Delaware Valley Home Buyers, based in Media, Pennsylvania, and has been a real estate investor for more than 20 years. Specializing in off-market deals, Rick and his wife built a strong portfolio of single-family rentals throughout Delaware County, PA, while also completing over 200 property flips across Delaware and Chester Counties.

As his rental holdings grew, Rick launched a property management company to oversee his own portfolio. The business quickly expanded, and today it manages more than 400 properties throughout the greater Philadelphia area.

In addition to building and managing successful real estate businesses, Rick is passionate about mentoring new investors, sharing his knowledge and experience to help others confidently enter and grow in the real estate industry.
