Michael Giangiordano II is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the Chief Innovation Officer at Century 21 Forrester Real Estate, a firm that has been a trusted name in Philadelphia real estate for more than 95 years. Working alongside his father, Mike Sr.—who has over 35 years of experience and serves as President and Associate Broker—Michael continues the family’s legacy of providing trusted, client-focused real estate services in Passyunk Square and across the Philadelphia region.
In his role, Michael assists clients with buying and selling homes, locating investment opportunities, property management, and rental services, while also bringing fresh vision and innovation to the firm’s operations. His professional background includes entrepreneurship, investing, and small business ownership, as well as launching Rental Rater, a pioneering platform that allows tenants to review properties, landlords, and neighborhoods.
A proud Philadelphian, Michael is deeply involved in his community. He has served as Chair of the East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District, volunteered with local schools and parish organizations, and even ran as a Democratic candidate for State Representative. His civic engagement and leadership reflect his commitment to giving back to the city he calls home.
Michael is a graduate of St. Joseph’s Preparatory School and Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, where he earned a BS in Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Economics, graduating with honors as part of the Pennoni Honors College.
Described in one word, Michael is “driven.” From his early exposure to real estate through his father’s work to his leadership in business and community, he continues to pursue excellence while inspiring others to do the same.
