Greg Davis

Greg Davis has been surrounded by real estate his entire life. Coming from a family with more than 90 years in the industry—spanning new home construction, brokerage, property management, and both residential and commercial development—it’s no surprise that Greg ultimately found his passion in real estate.

After graduating from Penn State University in 1992, Greg built a 28-year career in environmental consulting and remediation, where he founded and grew his own company from $2.5M to $11M in revenue. During this time, he also launched a general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial projects. His expertise led him to become a frequent speaker for local REIA groups, Realtors®, home inspectors, and investors, sharing insight on environmental issues like oil tanks, asbestos, and mold—factors that often impact real estate transactions.

Greg obtained his real estate license in 2003 and purchased his first rental property in 2004. Over the years, he has expanded into wholesaling, rehabbing, buy-and-hold, and fix-and-flip projects, while also serving as a board member and subgroup leader at two local REIAs. He has mentored individual investors and contributed to real estate platforms nationwide, always driven by his passion for helping others succeed in real estate investing.

A lifelong resident of the greater Philadelphia area, Greg now lives in West Chester with his wife, two daughters, and their pets. With deep ties to the South Jersey shore, he also earned his New Jersey real estate license in 2022, allowing him to better serve clients across both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Beyond real estate, Greg is passionate about the ocean, spending his summers in Ocean City, NJ, where he surfs, sails, kayaks, and paddleboards—hobbies he has enjoyed since childhood.

With a strong background in real estate, construction, business management, and contracts, Greg combines technical expertise with a genuine desire to help others. As he says, “To me, family and genuinely helping other people is everything. I want to be the pebble that starts the ripple in someone’s pond that goes out generationally and truly improves their life.”
