Carl Fischer is a Cornell University graduate, third-generation real estate developer, and nationally recognized expert in self-directed retirement investing. He began his investing career in the 1970s while working as a rocket scientist at Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral, Florida, before co-founding CAMA Self-Directed IRA, LLC (dba CamaPlan), a national firm headquartered in Ambler, Pennsylvania.
Throughout his career, Carl has implemented and managed more than $20 million in real estate transactions, including commercial and residential properties, real property, notes, and mortgages. His investments span multiple states, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Florida, North Carolina, and Wisconsin.
