Brady Carroll
Brady Carroll, a Sales and Leasing Executive for Bennett Williams Commercial in their West Chester, PA office, specializes in the Greater Philadelphia Region with a primary focus on Investment Sales. Brady came to Bennett Williams after 14 years of selling and leasing commercial real estate with other national and local firms.
Brady has successfully brokered more than $500 Million in volume so far, and the majority of deals that Brady has closed have been mid-size multifamily properties that range from 5 to 100 units. These properties have been sold all over Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. Brady also has extensive experience selling single tenant net lease retail properties across many other states including NY, TX, FL, VA, IL, OH, and MI.
Brady has sold and leased mid-size to large neighborhood shopping centers as well. These deals include smaller multi-tenant strip centers, and 100,000 SF+ larger power centers with many different local, regional and national tenants.
Brady has also sold and leased industrial and flex properties ranging from 5,000 to over 100,000 SF, office buildings for professional and medical uses, and sold several land development deals throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Brady’s passions are helping people and problem solving.
